Hells Seven will be hosting a game at the DV8 field in Lithia on Jan. 8th. It will be a Mil-Sim style game with some fun, simple scenarios. More info. to follow.

Rock I have to ask, is this a private field or one that is open to the public

i think hell seven have permission to be on that field shooter...we were talking about that game earlier with the team that i represent now since lc has been held back...but i am pretty sure they have that field and its legal....

With fields like these, I would like to get in touch with the owners. This organization has standards that we need to adhere to. Much like some of the other forums out there. I do not promote SFAA on Florida Airsoft for the main reason of them not allowing minors. But this has nothing to do with the forums, its the field issue. With that said, if someone can point me in the direction of the owners or have them get in touch with me....I would like to get the answer directly from them...just to be on the safe side. I am more than sure you guys understand where I am coming from.

hey since you were talking with rock and i am part of sog now as well than your talking to me to dude....so chill...all i am saying is that i read up on it and as far as i know...the land is owned by some guy and the guy gives permission so they can play and run games...from my understanding...i understand the rules on your forum and dont wanna break any of them but i was just giving my info on this...now i dont see anything wron f with fa setting rules on 18 and over only...one you get less shit that you have to deal with when you got 15 year old playing...2 it does suck because i know alote of good respected players who have skills but are under 18...so its a good and a bad thing...

Metal you misunderstood what I was saying, Rock and I were talking about the same thing in PMs....that is all.

In regards to the field. They have strict rules about minors. You and I agree about the same thing when it comes to them. There are some really good honorable, younger players out there. With that said, that is partly the reason why I have allowed minors. Not too mention they are the future of this sport.

FA has their rules and we all respect them. Nothing more to it than that. I am always up for info on fields and what is going on, but I have to know from the source. We all know the hear say thing is the worst way to get info. I am attempting to bring the entire community together. That is why I called it the South Florida Airsoft Association. Given I allow minors so be it, it does not mean that we cannot hold an 18+ game....which I can assure you...it will be run from time to time. But I cannot promote what I do not have set yet.

As I stated I am leaving this post up....and letting the game go announced, I would like to get them a section on here and possible even have it set up so only 18+ members can see it. This is the sort of unity I am looking to have. As soon as a member turns 18 they will be allowed to view their section and field rules.

this used to be a big field for scenarios back in the day.
they have been running very few games as of recent.

this is what i do know about it, the field is private property and they have permission to use it.
it is not a business and as such since no organization exists to "run" the event then it is a legal feild under the property owners liability insurance.
whether or not he has taken out supplemental liability i do not know.
I have heard this is a great field.
i have never attended an event here though.

I would also like to point out, not trying to be a buzz kill but FA posting games should not be placed up on forums where minors are allowed to participate...
it might anger them.

and if some under 18 shows up dells them he rad about i on SFAA...

but if you are over 18, and you want to attend i hear it is a great field.
